ABOUT BRITT
Hi! I’m Britt - a mom of three, lifelong athlete, and believer that busy women deserve to feel strong, confident, and unstoppable.
I’m the founder of The Britt Method and a busy, always-on-the-go mom of three. I know exactly what it feels like to juggle work, kids, life… and still want to feel strong in your own body. I’m a MovNat Certified Trainer (MCT), ACE and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Qualified TRX Trainer, and certified in CPR/AED and First Aid - but more than anything, I’m passionate about helping women fit fitness into real, everyday life.
I started Legacy Gym MKE in 2016 and have had the joy of helping thousands of people get stronger, healthier, and more confident. The Britt Method grew naturally from that - a way to bring flexible, effective, mom-friendly workouts to women everywhere, no matter how busy their schedules are.
I played Division One basketball at the University of Dayton while earning my Engineering degree. Since then, I’ve competed on three seasons of American Ninja Warrior and now train and compete as a HYROX and DEKA athlete. I also run half marathons, relays, and 5ks for fun!
When I’m not coaching or creating new programs for The Britt Method, you can usually find me chasing my three kids, hanging with family, friends, and dogs, tackling house projects, running, boating, or dreaming up new ways to help women feel strong, capable, and proud of themselves.
